Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
1. Unused
2. In original packaging
3. In saleable condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Are your products handmade or mass-produced?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches using quality materials like metal, resin, wood, and stone — ensuring timeless design and artisan character.
Do you offer trade or bulk orders?
Yes! We work with interior designers, stylists, and resellers. Please contact us for trade pricing or bulk order inquiries.

Yes. Your privacy is important to us. We only use your personal information to process orders and improve your experience. We never sell or share your data beyond logistics and payment partners.
